Michael was retained by Ban Phuc Nickel Mines to be their technical liaison with Outotec, (Ausmelt Division), Melbourne during a process study for a potential nickel smelter in Vietnam
Michael attended the ALTA 2013 Cu-Ni-Co conference in Perth where he presented a paper entitled “ The RKEF process for the treatment of Laterites”.
Michael presented his one day refractory training seminar at both Iluka Ltd, and BHP Billiton-Worsely Alumina, near Bunbury.
Michael arranged and supervised a strategic review of materials for use at Redbank power. This included initial selection of materials, preparation of samples, test work at CSIRO, and analysis of results via a technical report.
Paul continued with on-going support to the Esso KTT project.

Michael was retained by an international consultancy for a due diligence study of a Chinese (Guangdong) ferro-nickel plant.
Fred undertook pressure vessels inspections, registration, and commissioning activities associated with the new AMCOR Botany B9 Paper Machine.
Fred had a number of assignments including an Ammonia Vessel assessment, engineering support for various fabricators, and in-service inspection for a number of Victorian and interstate plant operators.
Fred assisted a local fabricator with a G-Pan upgrade for Sugar Australia
Paul was offshore assisting BHP Billiton Petroleum with preparations for the Macedon Project, aboard the McDermott DB30 derrick and pipelay barge.
