Both Wayne and Michael particpated, as committee members, in the Institute of Refractories’ Engineers training day in Gladstone. Both presented training content to an audience of ‘users’ from local companies, such as Cement Australia, Rio Tinto, Queensland Alumina and Boyne smelters.
